Mad Hatter's Tea Party

Come join us on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 7:00-9:00 PM to knit a hat and drink tea!
Each month will feature a different hat pattern. Details will be sent out in advance and posted on the class listing. Join us for all 12 hats or pop in and out as time permits.
April's hat is 1898 Hat by Kristine Byrnes inspired by a hat pictured in a magazine published around 1910. The brim is knitted flat, and then joined together. The hat is knitted in the round by picking up stitches along the edge of the brim.
This hat is suitable for adventurois beginners and experienced knitters alike!
For.your charitable knitting, this pattern is also part of the Seamen's Church Institute's Christmas at Sea program.
Help and knitting (with or without tea) will be available on Wednesday evenings and most weekends!
The KAL is free, but we ask that you purchase your yarn and supplies through the shop. Purchasing your supplies here keeps class costs low, and keeps the lights on and the doors open!
